Privacy and deletion requests

Contact Gaines Games LLC to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided to the studio.

What to include

Email privacy@gainesgames.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Tell us which game or service is involved, what action you are requesting, and the email address you used to contact us or register, if applicable. You can make a request without installing the game.

What happens next

We will review the request and may ask for proportionate verification before accessing or deleting information. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason, such as a legal obligation or an unresolved transaction. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or identity documents in your initial request.

Game accounts and purchases

Gaines Football has no account or login, and game data stays on your device. Google Play purchase history is managed by Google; contact us about game entitlements and Google about your Google Account.

Website and support correspondence

The public pages do not ask you to create a website account. If you email us, your message and contact details are processed to handle your request. Please share only what is necessary.
